Happy 4th of July

Hello! Happy 4th of July! By the time you read this it will probably be the day after, but regardless, we hope you had a fun day in the sun and an eventful evening with fireworks! We have had a busy day today with the arrival of Blake's new grandmas! Blake was so excited to meet them and of course, they couldn't take their hands off him. My mom and Michele arrived to Casa Ovalle (where we stayed our second night) around 2:30 this afternoon. After taking more pictures of the three of them together, we all went out to dinner and had an amazing Guatemalan dinner. The food is similar to Mexican, but not as spicy. It was delicious. I love Mexico with all my heart, but I think I may have found a new love (not that I'm biased or anything to the place where our darling son was born)! After dinner, we went in the store, "La Bodegona" which Chris calls the Guatemalan Walmart on crack because when you walk in, you can barely walk through the aisles because of so much stuff. On top of that, there are a million people shopping because it's so cheap. You can barely coordinate your way through the store. All 4 of us lost each other in a matter of about 5 minutes! Richele, I couldn't find the package of crayons and Raid together yet, but as soon as I do, I'll get that picture to you! More to come tomorrow as we're about to die of exhaustion! We were fortunate to view a small fireworks show tonight in the little neighborhood where we're staying so that was a nice little taste of home (the Americans that live nearby did the show)! We hope everyone is doing well! Oh, we got an email from the US Embassy stating that our case was currently being reviewed to go into the last step of our adoption - PGN! Hopefully, we'll get that next email with pre-approval this week or next! Love you all.

Lara,
Am patiently waiting for the pix of the duct taped crayons and Raid! Can't wait! If necessary, I am willing to settle for the Saltine Crackers and Draino :)
I love the new pictures of everyone, they are adorable and you all fit together like a glove!
Much Love,
Richell
